Vaso Corporation sold its NetWolves Network Services subsidiary to COEO Solutions LLC for $14.5 million in cash on July 31. Meanwhile, Open Lending Corporation completed its acquisition by ANV Group Holdings Ltd. at $3.15 per share on July 30, with approximately 85.57% of shares tendered. Processa Pharmaceuticals finished its merger with Vidya Therapeutics on July 28 in a tax-free reorganization where Vidya became a wholly owned subsidiary. KULR Technology Group sold approximately 333 bitcoin between July 9 and 23 at a weighted average price of $64,538 per BTC, generating $21.5 million in gross proceeds, which the company used to fully repay its $20 million credit facility.

Elsewhere in the week, Aethlon Medical implemented a 1-for-5 reverse stock split effective July 31, reducing outstanding shares from approximately 3.25 million. Sphere 3D Corp. amended its at-the-market sales agreement on July 31 by adding Maxim Group LLC as a co-sales agent. Agriculture & Natural Solutions Acquisition Corporation, a SPAC, moved toward liquidation. aTyr Pharma terminated its collaboration and license agreement with Kyorin Pharmaceutical, and Calisa Acquisition Corp disclosed it is proceeding with a previously announced business combination with Goodvision AI Inc.
