To appear here, a stock must have: closed above $5 on at least 5 of the last 10 trading days, have a documented graduation event in our pipeline, have genuine penny history in our database, and carry at least 250,000 shares average daily volume — not a one-day spike on 100 shares, but a move with real market participation behind it.This page matters because it answers the most important question on StockShroom: do these stocks actually move?
